Unit composition

1. Unboxing machine part

It refers to the specialized equipment that automatically completes the unpacking, forming, and folding of the bottom blades, and simultaneously completes the tape pasting at the bottom of the cardboard box. The box board stacked into cardboard is opened, the bottom of the box is folded according to a certain program, sealed with tape, and then transported to the packing machine. Yilida automatic cardboard box forming machine/automatic unpacking machine is a production line equipment that automatically opens, folds down, and seals the bottom tape of large quantities of cardboard boxes. The equipment is all controlled by PLC human-machine interface display screen, which greatly facilitates operation and is an essential equipment for automated enterprise production.

Features of fully automatic unboxing machine:

① The main function is to form and seal the bottom of the cardboard box;

② The cardboard storage method adopts vertical storage and can be replenished at any time without stopping the machine to replenish the boxes;

③ Suitable for packaging and use within the same cardboard box size at the same time. If changing the cardboard box size is required, adjust it manually (the adjustment time only takes 1-2 minutes);
